DONATIONS ARE THANKFULLY ACCEPTED BY THE SACRED CHURCH OF WAITAHA RUN UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE GRANDFATHER COUNCIL for the purchase of an existing shopping complex, currently housing our Temple, a Takeaway Bar, and 2 bedroom Suite.

Broadway 82-84, Broadway 86 and 1 Wihongi Street.

This complex of buildings is situated on Broadway, Kaikohe, Northland on the corner of Broadway and Wihongi Streets. It contains, three defined areas, currently leased.

The first located at 82-84 Broadway is leased to Te Porohau Ruka Te Korakora

The second located at 86 Broadway is leased by Sandeep

The third located at 1 Wihongi St. is a rental 2 Bedroom Suite, to a client.

It has been valued conservatively at $400,000 New Zealand dollars, which I feel is fair, because of the buildings and the land area, of almost one acre. Half of which is a parking area at the rear, for sixteen cars.

82-84 Broadway is currently used as a Temple where families who become victims of poverty are being thrown out of their homes, The Sacred Church of Waitaha Temple, becomes a short-term respite care centre for them.

During the last eleven years, we have statistics of desperation that are heartbreaking, to say the least. Yet we know that this work is also being done around the world by others who see first hand the community needs and wants.

We carry many stocks of food purchased with money from a superannuation benefit, that is stretched currently to breaking point, for the wellbeing of those who are unable to feed their families, in this respect, we see that being situated in the middle of our geographical region it is indeed "a central care area", not only for our Waitaha tribal members, but all of Gods children who need care and attention.

We are going public now because of the volume of needy children, parents, grandparents all around us. If you can please donate towards our purchasing the properties mentioned above we are very grateful.

bless and thank you for reading this message.

God bless us all.
